Mr. Lautsch is a seasoned and respected estate planning, commercial and high tech business lawyer. He handles everything from trusts and estates to manufacturing and distribution licensing, copyright, trademark registration, anti-trust, and complex commercial litigation. He has developed and negotiated Internet start-ups, handling their registrations, their support agreements and negotiating their strategic alliances. He developed the multimedia production and distribution agreements for major software producers. Mr. Lautsch has served two consultancies to the United States Congress: one to assess the impact of federal government computerization on governmental processes and civil liberties, and the other to assess the impact of computerization on U.S. intellectual property rights.
